How it Works

Step 1

We start with a free, no obligation call to discuss your needs. We’ll schedule your day and agree upon the work to be done. Full payment is required to hold your day.

Step 2

You send the requested information needed for the work (priorities, subject matter info, etc.) using the provided prep guide.

Step 3

We meet to kick off, discuss your project, and plan your the focus of your VIP day.

Step 4

On the VIP day, I hit the ground running, checking in throughout the day. You walk away with what you need!

You are booking me for a day, not a set of deliverables.

With 15+ years of UX consulting experience and an efficient process, I’m able to get up to speed quickly, work efficiently, and achieve great results. I dedicate your scheduled day solely to your project, no other work, emails, etc.

To make your day effective, all requested information needs to be provided on schedule. How much we get done depends on your availability for any questions or feedback throughout the day. So, please keep this in mind when choosing your date.

*Services not in scope for VIP days include conducting workshops or training as well as data analysis and reporting on research I was not involved in.
